For Glow-worm boilers, we repair and service the Ultracom2, Energy, Ultimate, 24, 30, & 38 CXI, HXI, SXI System and Combi gas boilers, resolving problems including F1, F3, F4, F9, F11, F12, F13, F14, & F22 intermittent pressure gauge dropping.
As Vaillant’s service agent, we are committed to bringing a professional, knowledgeable and reliable service to you. Glowcare has continuously attended Vaillant factory training courses, adding to our specialist knowledge of the Vaillant boiler range.
We resolve faults and issues that our customers may be encountering with their Vaillant ecoTEC plus or pro boiler. These can include F.22, F.27, F.28, F.29, F.32, F.54, F.60, F.61, F.62, F.63, F.64, F.65, F.67, F.68, & F.70 fault code errors, PCB failure, Gas valve problems, Leaking Vaillant Diverter valve & Faulty F.75 Pressure Sensor problems. We carry a comprehensive van stock of genuine Vaillant spare parts ensuring a single visit repair.
Glowcare carry out annual boiler services on the Vaillant ecoTEC plus & pro, ecoMAX and TURBOmax boilers and also on the Glow-worm boiler range.
We undertake the all-important end of year Qualifying Warranty Service, which needs to be carried out at the end of each year, to keep the boiler’s warranty valid through it’s guarantee period.
Gas Safe Registered, we are qualified to work on both Natural Gas and LPG boilers.
