Glowcare is a family-owned and run, Vaillant UK official service agency for North West England. We provide sensibly priced, expert repair and service, for all high-efficiency Vaillant ecoTEC plus & pro, and Glow-worm gas central heating boilers.

As Vaillant specialists, Glowcare provides expert repair to Vaillant’s full range of high-efficiency boilers including, the ecoTEC pro 24, 28, & 30kW, ecoTEC plus 824, 825, 831, 832, 837, 838, & 937, ecoFIT, ecoMAX and TURBOmax boilers. We resolve problems with F.75 Pressure sensor failure, PCB F.27, F.60, F.61, F.62, F.63, F.64, F.65, F.67, F.68, & F.70 fault codes errors, Gas valve F.28, F.29 & F54 sticking issues, Expansion Vessel water pressure dropping F.22 problems, Fan F.32 code failure and leaking ecoTEC pro & plus diverter valves.
Glowcare also repairs and services all other models of Glow-worm boilers. These include the Glow-worm Ultracom2, Easicom, Energy, Ultimate, 24, 30 & 38 CXI, HXI, SXI Combi, and System boilers, dealing with faults of F1, F3, F9, PCB F11, F12, F13 & F14 failures and boiler Blank Display, failure.
We carry a comprehensive stock of genuine Vaillant parts with us ensuring a single visit repair.
Gas Safe Registered, we regularly attend Vaillant factory training programs, at the Vaillant Centre of Excellence at Belper, adding to our specialist knowledge of the complete Vaillant boiler range.
Annual Service. As well as carrying out repairs, we also provide for our Vaillant and Glow-worm customers, the Warranty Qualifying Annual Service, that must have done at the end of each year, to keep the ecoTEC or Glow-worm boiler’s warranty valid though it’s guarantee period.
